The skies above Gozo were transformed into a vibrant canvas of colour, creativity, and motion during the annual Gozo International Kite and Wind Festival. Against the backdrop of the island’s unique landscape and beautiful blue skies, a breathtaking array of kites took flight, creating a spectacle for all ages.
From giant, whimsical creatures like soaring octopuses and friendly cows to beloved cartoon characters and dazzling geometric designs, the air was filled with a sense of wonder. As a photographer, it was a delight to capture these moments of simple joy—the dance of the kites on the wind, the smiles of the spectators, and the powerful message of “WE ❤️ GOZO” proudly flying high.
